From the production room, the beating heart where milk takes shape, to the salting room, to the evocative maturing warehouse, where thousands of wheels rest in silence, every space speaks of the passion and care we’ve dedicated to our work for generations.
Pleasant tastings
The experience concludes with a tasting of our Parmigiano Reggiano, where visitors can savor the quality and intensity of a unique product.
Tours are by reservation only, mainly on weekends, to ensure the utmost attention and care for each guest.
To make the experience accessible to all, guided tours are also available in English, French, and Spanish.
