Our history: since three generations, we take quality and taste on your table

Casearia Corradi has his head office in Noceto, a small village near Parma. Thanks to an experience handed down from three generations, Corradi's cheese factory still produces Parmigiano in the typical way, with the maximum respect to the local tradition.
The milk is produced from local cows and it must respect strict rules, and that's because it is periodically subjected to chemical analysis which guarantee quality and the original Parmigiano Reggiano taste.

From the grazing to your table!

From fields to Parmigiano Reggiano, the cheese is constantly checked during all the production process.

A natural product

Parmigiano Reggiano is an hard cheese with a long aging. It only contains 30% of water and the rest 70% of nutrients: for this reason it's a cheese full of proteins, vitamins and minerals.

A strict control of the production process

The quality and safety of the products descend from our ability to check every single step of the production process, we also pay lot of attention in respecting all standards and rules in order to guarantee to the costumer a safe and high quality cheese.
